Terms and Conditions
1. All the payments to be made in favour of Positiv radio Pvt.
Ltd Payable at Guwahati.
2. As per Govt. of India notification, service tax 12.24% to
be levied extra on net billings.
3. For commercial exceeding the specified duration, bills will
be raised at the next highest multiple of 5 seconds.
4. Positiv Radio reserves the right to change the rates without
any prior notice or introduce any new categories at any point
of time.
5. Positiv Radio reserves the right to cancel advertising at
any point on default of payment.
6. The program wheel can be changed by Positiv Radio without
any prior notice.
7. Positiv Radio Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the
terms and conditions without any prior notice.
